Self-contained gîte, located in a hamlet, close to the owners' holiday home, which is occasionally used, on 2 levels, in the countryside. 5 bedrooms (5 x 160cm beds, 5 x 90cm beds), 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen area (dishwasher)/living room (fireplace), lounge (sofas, TV/video projector, internet/wifi access), lounge area/mezzanine (sofa, games, library), laundry room (washing machine, (washing machine, tumble dryer), central heating (oil/underfloor and radiators), private enclosed grounds (270m²), garden furniture, barbecue/brasero, private heated swimming pool (8.4 x 4.2 m, depth 1.5 m) open from 1 May to 30 September, Wellness room with outside access: Private 5-seater Jacuzzi (not usable in July and August) and separate toilet Private car park, table tennis. Electric vehicle recharging point - High chairs, changing tables and cots. Sheets and towels not provided. Heating included. End-of-stay cleaning extra (€150). Wood: €10 per basket. On arrival, a basket of wood is offered (7-8 logs for 2 flames for the fireplace and/or brazier). Cleaning package compulsory for corporate customers.
