Self-contained gîte on 2 levels, in a village in the countryside, 10 km from the town of La Primaube. 1st floor: kitchen area (dishwasher) / living room (internet/wifi access, sofa bed 140, television), shower room, separate WC, storage (washing machine). 2nd floor: attic bedroom on mezzanine (1 double bed). Full electric heating (electricity billed on arrival/departure statement invoiced at actual price), private enclosed terrace (17m²), electric blind, garden furniture, plancha, private parking, bed linen hire, tourist tax. Towels not provided. Possibility of renting horse boxes and meadows (ask the owners for details). Garage (on the ground floor reserved for the owner, but accessible for bikes, motorbikes and pushchairs).
