Close to the Lévézou lakes, halfway between Millau and Rodez, this bright, unoverlooked, single-storey contemporary house comprises a gîte and the owners' home (which they occasionally use). Surrounded by a large shady plot of land, each person's independence is preserved.
You'll love watching the horses gallop around the estate and the sheep graze on the land. The paddocks are secured with electric fencing. Your pets are welcome (on a lead).
Walkers and mountain bikers (Grand Tour Monts et Lacs du Lévézou), mushroom pickers (in season) and sports enthusiasts can explore the surrounding forests.
Around the estate's private lake, you can take a stroll, relax on a bench or fish (equipment not provided). Water sports enthusiasts and predator anglers can take advantage of the nearby Lac de Pareloup (approx. 11 km away).
A little further afield, you'll also find the Pont-de-Salars and Villefranche-de-Panat lakes.
