1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190), games room (sofa BZ 140), shower room with WC (washing machine).
Heating (extra charge) electric with heat pump, unfenced garden/terrace (150m²), garden furniture, barbecue, secure swimming pool (10x4, depth: 1.50), salt treated and heated (depending on season) open from 01/06 to 30/09 (shared with the owner and another gite) and secured with gate and shutter, shared children's play area (swing, trampoline and wooden hut with slide), parking. Sheets and towels for hire (household linen provided). Electricity included. Tourist tax.
