Detached gîte on 3 levels, next to the owner's house, in a hamlet in the countryside. 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with private lounge area (armchairs, TV, bookcase), shower room, kitchen area (dishwasher)/living room (pellet stove = €6 per bag, sofa, TV, internet access/wifi), utility room (washing machine), private covered terrace (10m²), shared unenclosed grounds (1000m²) and private car park/covered shed, garden furniture, barbecue, bed linen and towels for hire, tourist tax. Gîte not equipped for electric vehicle charging.
