Guests have access to the owners' swimming pool, just 20 metres from the gîte. Just 5 minutes from Villefranche-de-Rouergue, it is an ideal base from which to discover the cultural and natural riches of Aveyron.
Detached gîte on 2 levels, in a hamlet not far from the owner's farm (dairy cows). Ground floor: kitchen-living room (3 hobs (induction), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, traditional and pod coffee maker (Senséo), kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, sofa, armchairs, television, wifi), separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with either 1 double bed (160cm) or 2 single beds (80cm), shower room (shower, hairdryer, wc). Private grounds (100m²): garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers. Private car park. Communal grounds 850m² with swimming pool shared with the owners, open from 01/06 to 30/09 (size 10x5x(1.3à1.7). Heating with reversible heat pump (air conditioning). Cleaning 60€ at the end of the stay to be paid when booking or on site (compulsory for corporate clients), sheets 10€ per bed, bathroom linen 5€ per person or complete linen kit (sheets+towels) 15€ per person.
