During the school holidays, families carefully selected by Gîtes de France welcome your children (ages 4 to 15) in the countryside, in the mountains or by the sea.
A unique holiday option, these gîtes organize for children (minimum of 3/maximum of 20) all sorts of fun activities:
* Instructive activities: theatre, dance, introductory computing, foreign languages, etc.
* Handicrafts: painting, pottery, enamelling, etc.
* Sports: hiking, skiing, kayaking, riding, sailing, swimming, BMXing, etc.
Children's gîtes provide a home away from home for your children during the school holidays, with the added benefit of a healthy, outdoor life in the country. Lodged in small dormitories, the children enjoy access to the whole house, in particular the game room and garden.
The smaller gîtes are often located on a farm, where the children can learn about nature and observe the animals. Other gîtes offer one or more main activities, usually with a minimum daily or weekly programme adapted to the child's own pace.
